Here are the types of consultations offered at
Inspire Balance Physiotherapy and costs:
In person assessments
These are held in my clinic in Monifieth, near Dundee.
Consultation costs:
£65.00 for an initial 60-minute assessment appointment.
£65.00 for a 60-minute follow-up appointment.
£50.00 for a 45-minute follow-up appointment.
Please note:
Due to the complexity of symptoms often experienced with long COVID, an initial assessment requires more time and usually takes around 60 to 75 minutes.
This will incur a higher cost of £75.00 for an initial assessment.
Folow-up appointment costs are unchanged.
Online consultations
I offer online assessments for long COVID and breathing problems. Ideal for those who may struggle to attend an in-person assessment due to fatigue, or geographical location.
Consultation costs:
£65.00 for a 60-minute initial appointment.
£50.00 for a 45-minute follow-up appointment.
Treatment in your own home
Home visits may be possible in the Monifieth area depending on your location. Costs will depend on location also.
This may be suitable for those with mobility difficulties, older people, or those who find it difficult to travel for an appointment.
How many treatments
will I need?
Following your initial assessment we will give you an idea of how many appointments you are likely to need to address the issues highlighted in your assessment.
Treatment plans will be reviewed with you at each appointment.
Treatment packages
For those requiring multiple appointments, special treatment packages may be available. Please enquire at your first appointment if you would like to know more.
Cancellation policy
We know that plans can change. If you can no longer attend your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so that we can reschedule your appointment and make it available to others.
Missed appointments and appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full.
